Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order free of charge before it is shipped or handed over. Call or WhatsApp the shop with your order number. If you already paid, the amount is refunded to the same payment method.

Returns

If your product is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of receiving it. We will replace it, repair it or refund you, after the product has been checked.

• Keep the original box, accessories and invoice.
• The product must not have physical damage, liquid damage or software tampering caused after delivery.
• Refurbished products are covered by their own shop warranty shown on the product page.

Not returnable

• Products with damage caused by the customer.
• Opened software, licences and consumables.
• Products without their original serial number or with removed seals or warranty stickers.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 7 working days after we receive and check the product.
