Using this website

This website is run by WINMAC, Sector - 17, Kamothe, Panvel, Navi Mumbai. By browsing, creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a password. Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.

• Give correct name, mobile number and address, so we can reach you and deliver your order.
• One account per mobile number.

Products, prices and stock

We try to keep photos, specifications, prices and stock correct, but mistakes can happen. If a price or detail is wrong, we may cancel the order and refund anything you paid. Stock is limited and an order is confirmed only after we accept it.

Photos of products can be for illustration. Refurbished products are marked "Refurbished" and may show light signs of use.

Reviews and uploads

You may post honest reviews and photos of products you bought. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive or misleading. We can hide or remove reviews that break these rules.

Limits

We are not responsible for losses caused by things outside our control, such as network failures or courier delays. Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are not affected.
